A ‘sample’ programme is shown on our website; however we are now updating this programme and offering a choice of other activities on at least one day. In outline all programmes will include:
• Walks in and around the range that also includes the highest mountains (up to 5,000ft) in Las Marinas and Alicante.
• Walks in the spectacular Bernia Ridge area.
• On at least one day the choice of either a Canyoning or a Via Ferrata expedition (there will be a small supplementary charge for these options, which will only be available if enough people want to do them. Or a day off walking with visits to places of interest.
• We will also explore sections of the Costa Blanca Way (132km) and the Gallinera Way (60km)
On both Easy/Moderate and Moderate/Hard holidays, individuals will, after the first day, be able to move between groups subject to their relative fitness and how they feel. The choice (in consultation with and on the advice of our leaders) is yours.
The groups will of course be walking different routes appropriate to their grade, but will be in the same area as one another.
On most days there will be time to enjoy a drink at a local Tapas bar in one of the towns or villages where we start or finish our walks. We usually return to base with plenty of time to relax in the sun before dinner.
