Group sizes and minimum numbers
Most holidays have a maximum of 12 per group and require a minimum of 6. In the unlikely event that a holiday does not attract 6 bookings within 8 weeks of the day of departure, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the holiday. In which case we will let you know immediately and offer either a modified holiday or alternative holidays. lf they are not acceptable, we will return all monies including the deposit.
If a holiday has not achieved the minimum numbers when you book, we will let you know and hold your booking as provisional until minimum numbers are achieved. We will then confirm the holiday and your booking as a firm booking.
We strongly recommend that you do not make any non-refundable or non-changeable travel arrangements until after the holiday has been confirmed.
