Private Groups

Walking or activity holidays for private groups are designed by Walkabout to meet the group's stated requirements and interests and also having regard to fitness levels and experience of the individuals in your group. Private Group Holidays are available for groups with a minimum of 8 people and are booked by a wide variety of organisations and groups of people.

Private Group Holidays are ideal for groups of friends and colleagues, sports, walking, running, jogging clubs and leisure or fitness centres. Stag and Hen parties welcome!

To organise a private group holiday all you need are eight or more people who want to go on a walking holiday together. Either fill in the booking or contact Walkabout by email or phone to discuss your requirements.

To make a booking for a private group holiday email us outlining your particular interests. Please provide your telephone number and an appropriate time/date for us to call you to discuss your requirements.

We will discuss and note your accommodation, venue and activity requirements together with details of your group. We will then submit a proposed holiday plan and programme of activities and walks. We will quote you a price which will be at a discount on list prices subject to group numbers and will reflect the standard of accommodation you want. We will design and deliver what you want and organise everything for you. Remember, if you are making a private group booking you can choose whatever venue, dates or activities that you prefer.

Group Discounts

Discounts are available on all private group bookings:
Between 8 and 11 people booking together as a Private Group 8% discount per person on holiday bookings
12 or more people in the group attract a discount of 10% per person.
Please note the price of holidays available for Private Groups is the same as the list prices. However these will vary and are negotiable subject to the actual detailed requirements of the group.
Discounts are applied to your final invoice.
