What is included in the price?

All accommodation, half board, in 3* or 2* hotels in twin bedrooms with ensuite facilities (some triple bedrooms are available). Single rooms are available at a supplementary charge. However, on Alpine Trekking tours from Chamonix, e.g. the Tour du Mont Blanc and the Haute Route trek, a variety of accommodation is used, including small village inns and Alpine huts - we arrange accommodation from what is available en route.

Expert leadership for the day‘s walks, our staff lead the walks and are available to give advice and information on the walks, fitness, equipment and any other relevant matters.

We will suggest and arrange evening activities and visits or activities for days or half days off if people want to take a rest from walking.

For arrival and departure days in Wales and the Lake District, detailed routes cards and notes for short unguided walks are available. These are for people who feel like a short morning, afternoon or evening walk in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

We provide a personalised booking service which enables us to:

1. Put together customized groups of people whose holiday requirements, and fitness levels match.
2. Fine tune programmes to suit each customized group.
3. Create programmes specifically to suit the needs of Private Group bookings.
